We had an outstanding experience with Morley Roofing after our home was damaged by golf ball-sized hail and high winds during the March 2025 spring storms. Jorge responded promptly to my after-hours call and was at our home first thing the next morning to patch the roof, preventing any leaks. He worked seamlessly with our insurance adjuster to facilitate the replacement of our roof, gutters, and fascia. The scheduling was efficient, and the entire Morley Roofing team was professional, tidy, and thorough from start to finish. James did a great job! Was very professional and good at communicating all aspects of the work and stayed in touch with me throughout the process and always responded back quickly whenever I had a question. Everything was done on time and I was very impressed with the quality of the work. Would highly recommend Morley Roofing for anyone who has any roofing needs.

I paid $5,000+ for a new roof five years ago. Leaked from day one after completion of job. Too many attempts to remedy were unsuccessful and yesterday this is the result of their workmanship - see photos. Mr. Morley has not responded to my texts. Obviously I would not recommend this company and I would give them no stars if I could. Beware!Update. Mr. Morley seems to be able to respond positive reviews but avoids the negative reviews or texts for that matter left due to his lack of performance and / or response. Unprofessional!

Morley Roofing was quickly to respond and check on my Mom’s leaky roof - his associate accessed the roof and determined it would be a quick repair and actually took care of it right away! Mr Jorge was terrific and very polite and explained things well. I highly recommend Morley Roofing for all of your roofing needs. Thank u!

I contacted Kevin on 4/5/2025 due to a leak that resulted in my garage ceiling losing drywall from the ceiling. He was very nice and told me someone would be out Monday to check it out and tarp my roof. I also made a claim to insurance and as per his instructions, notified him of the details. I was then passed along to James, who didn't come to the house to install the tarp until Tuesday, but didn't complete that job because he couldn't figure out how to tarp my roof (??) That should have been a red flag. He did get on the roof and conveyed to my husband that he didn't see any storm damage. Then today, the insurance inspector showed right on time, but James did not. When I called him, he informed me he would not be able to make it (this after it was impressed on me the importance of having the roofer there with the insurance inspector.) I called Kevin to let him know all that had transpired and Kevin was appropriately unhappy with the turn of events and offered to come tarp the roof the next day. I told Kevin that I thought I had lost confidence in the company and he was welcome to come tarp the roof, but I likely wouldn't be continuing with his company and he would probably be putting up a free tarp. Things went south quickly. Kevin became belligerent all the while accusing me of being angry, which I was not. His voice continued to escalate and he quite rudely informed me to PLEASE find another company. Accused me of "piling it on." I am so surprised that this company continues to receive such high reviews, but maybe those are the customers that don't ever have problems, because they certainly do not deal well when problems arise.
